I started my journey in 2009 the same way most people do — walking into a gym unsure of myself, stepping into an environment that was overwhelming, and feeling like I was out of place.
From taking the hardest step of starting, then losing 30kg of body fat, competing in Boxing & Muay Thai professionally, while holding a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport Practice) and more.
But credentials aren’t the point.
What began as curiosity turned into a commitment — of striking, strength, and human movement. Over the years, I’ve trained and learned from Australia’s top coaches and fighters, developing not just as an athlete, but as a student of discipline.
The mission is simple:
To take an intimidating sport and make it simple.
To build discipline that doesn’t depend on motivation.
To develop confidence that carries far beyond the gym.

Fitness Discovery Call


Doing the BASE program with Coach JD has been amazing. The customized workout program fits my busy schedule, and the app helps me stay on track with calories and protein visually. JD is always there to answer questions and provide assistance. The Before/After feature for progress pics is a highlight, showcasing the incredible changes in my body.
